Hello,
Sorry for the late reply, I request you to post in the correct category. There is an event management category. Kindly post in that category. All the details are there in the documentation video. Did you go through that. Its easy to show and hide ticket system. Everything is explained there. if you still have doubts do let me know.

Also regarding My Events you can create a menu item which can point to my events.
