would be nice if there was a save and next button at the bottom of the page
as it is confusing for some ppl ??? having to go back to the top after putting in there description

Definitely, we will take care in the next version.
Also there is a `template` folder inside the component. You will find a `default` folder inside template folder. Copy and paste the folder with a different name. Log into administrator and under configuration option you will find template option. You can change it to the new template. After that you can make any change to the template you like, if you have basic html and php knowledge.

always fast to reply will play with the template tomorrow should think just a matter of copy the button to the bottom of the form page
