Dear all,
I have install EM113 (Event Management 1.1.3) and have tried to create an event category, e.g. Body Slimming Yoga -> I can see it in both the frontend (i.e. successfully published to the website) and the backend (i.e. administrator panel) -> but the database table "db2_eventmanagement_categories" still contains nothing -> so, which database table does the event categories actually being stored? -> I would like to change the category id# thru the use of phpMyAdmin Thanks for any kind of help! |

Database tables are not stored in "db2_eventmanagement_categories" but in "db2_categories" joomla core categories. That table is not in use and we will remove it soon. |

How comes things go like that!
-> event categories differ from article categories, they must have different database tables -> I have nearly a hundred events running on Eventlist1.0.2 -> this makes my upgrade to EventManagement nearly meaningless! -> can you make a version that use back the "db2_eventmanagement_categories" database table? Thanks for your kindly help! |

I am really sorry for that but I think we have a little misunderstanding. It was started with eventlist upgrade but has undergone several changes. In that process I have to undo several changes I made to eventlist categories.
